Take time to acknowledge how you are feeling today and know its ok to not be ok all of the time
Work on a plan in revamping your home/work environment - cleaning or moving furniture to bring in fresh energy
Just like time, remind yourself that this will pass.
Take a break from your phone and reading bad/negative news.
Stop watching, judging or copying others. This is your journey and you need to do whats right to keep you and your loved ones safe.
Allow yourself little treats now and then to have something to look forward to.
Writing down and releasing thoughts can give your brain a deserved break from overthinking.
